Dr. Blondel selected as an HHMI-Gulbenkian International Research Scholar.

HHMI, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Wellcome Trust, and the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation announce the selection of 41 International Research Scholars, early-career scientists poised to advance biomedical research across the globe. Forty-one scientists from 16 countries have been chosen as International Research Scholars, exceptional early-career scientists poised to advance biomedical research across the globe.

Dr. Blondel is awarded with Fondecyt Grant

Dr. Blondel was awarded a FONDECYT Initiation in Research Grant 2016-2019 with his project called" Vibrio parahaemolyticus Type III Secretion System II (T3SS2): Role of fucose on its survival in the environment and on its evolution as a human pathogen".
